That's What Friends Are For

Another week, another wedding. Great fun was had by all!
Here we have the bride and groom, and me and my other girlfriend, Michelle.
Tonight is the high school Homecoming Dance. So many reasons to celebrate, to join with friends and family and have a good time. We are always talking about having a celebration of our own. We did have the barbecue a few weeks back and enjoyed the company, even if we may have gotten a little tense during the preparation. I've had more than my share of weddings and have attended more than I have wanted, and I have two pieces of advice:
#1 Outdoor wedding - be prepared for a snowstorm, even if it was 85 degrees the day before.
#2 Plan the "obligatory stuff to be over early, so the old folks and little kids can get out sooner.
As for the marriage that follows, based on my track record I am not the one to ask.
